These Terms & Conditions govern your use of anetaurbonaite.com and any purchases made through this website. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Products & servicesThe following products and services are available for purchase:

2.1 Creative sessions 1-on-1
A personal consultation or working session purchased via Stripe. The scope, format, and duration are described in the product listing. By completing payment you confirm you have read and understood what is included.

2.2 Texture Pack 01
A digital download containing a set of textures for creative use. Licensed for use in accordance with the terms in Section 7 (Intellectual Property).

2.3 Handwriting fonts
Digital font files. Licensing terms — including what constitutes personal vs. commercial use — are detailed on the Font Licensing page. By downloading or purchasing a font you agree to those terms.
3. Formation of contract3.1 The presentation of products on this website is not a legally binding offer, but a non-binding catalogue. By clicking "Buy now" or equivalent, you submit a binding order. The contract is concluded when I accept your order by sending a confirmation or delivery e-mail, or by making the digital files available for download.

3.2 I do not store the contract text in a manner accessible to you after the transaction. You will receive order details via the confirmation e-mail sent at the time of purchase.
4. Prices4.1 All prices are stated in euros and include any applicable VAT. The total amount due is shown at checkout before payment is confirmed.
5. Payments5.1 All payments are processed securely by Stripe, Inc. I do not store or have access to your full payment card details. Payment data is transmitted in encrypted form. By completing a purchase, you also agree to Stripe's Terms of Service.
6. Digital downloads6.1 Upon successful payment, you will receive access to your digital files. It is your responsibility to ensure your device is compatible with the file formats provided before purchasing.

6.2 Digital products are delivered as-is. Refunds are not available for digital products once the download link has been accessed, unless the file is found to be defective or materially different from its description (see Section 8).

6.3 EU consumer rights: Under EU consumer law, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal on digital content. However, by proceeding with the download, you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once you have accessed the files. This is confirmed at the point of checkout.
7. Intellectual property7.1 The photographs, graphic design works, and original fonts displayed on this website are the creative work of Aneta Urbonaitė. All rights are retained. Some works incorporate third-party licensed assets (such as commercially licensed typefaces) — ownership of those underlying assets remains with their respective rights holders.

7.2 Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership or copyright. What you receive is a licence to use the product as defined in the product description and, for fonts, the Font Licensing page.

7.3 You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or claim ownership of any purchased files.
8. Refunds & cancellations8.1 Digital products (Texture Pack 01, fonts)
Refunds are not provided once download links have been accessed, except where the file is corrupted and I am unable to provide a working replacement, or the product is materially different from its description. If you have an issue, contact me at aneta0305@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase.

8.2 Creative sessions 1-on-1
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the session: rescheduling offered at my discretion. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session: no refund, but rescheduling may be offered at my discretion. If I need to cancel a session, a full refund or rescheduling will always be offered.
9. Use of the website9.1 You may browse this website for personal or professional reference. You may not download, save, copy, screenshot, or reproduce any images or design work from this site without written permission; print or produce physical copies of any images for any purpose — including personal use such as home décor — without a licence or explicit written permission; or use any content from this site for commercial purposes without a relevant licence.

9.2 All images and design work displayed on this website are protected by copyright law. Unauthorised downloading, reproduction, or printing constitutes copyright infringement.
10. Liability10.1 I am liable without limitation in cases of intent and gross negligence, and for injury to life, limb, or health. In cases of simple negligence of essential contractual obligations, my liability is limited to the foreseeable, typical damage. Liability is otherwise excluded to the extent permitted by applicable law.

10.2 My total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant product or service.
11. Online dispute resolution11.1 The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
12. Governing law12.1 These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Lithuanian courts.

12.2 If you are an EU consumer, mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence remain applicable.
13. Severability13.1 Should individual provisions of these Terms be ineffective or unenforceable, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.
14. Changes to these terms14.1 I may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects any changes. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
